STORMBRINGER ROCK CLUB presents GUS G/MATS LEVÉN at Studenthuset, Gjøvik 28. november!
After a busy autumn touring as support for Kamelot has Ozzy Osbourne-guitarist Gus G found time for an
exclusive acoustic concert for STORMBRINGER ROCK CLUB. Gus has a past in bands like Dream Evil,
Arch Enemy and Mystic Prophecy, and is still active with his band Firewind in addition to his solo
career, and not least, as earlier mentioned, as Ozzy Osbournes guitarist. He has been this since
he took over after Zakk Wylde in 2009. He came in third in BURRN!s well renowned competition to
crown the best guitarist of 2003, and has an education from Berklee College Of Music. He has made two
solo albums, the last one this year, and the guest list was long. Among others Jeff Scott Soto and not
least Mats Levén contributed with solid vocals.
Etter en travel høst på turné som support for Kamelot har Ozzy Osbourne-gitarist
Gus G tatt seg tid til en eksklusiv akustisk konsert for STORMBRINGER ROCK CLUB. Gus har en fortid i
band som Dream Evil, Arch Enemy og Mystic Prophecy, og er fortsatt aktiv med sitt eget band Firewind, i
tillegg til solokarriere og ikke minst som, allerede nevnt, Ozzy Osbournes gitarist. Det har han vært
siden han tok over etter Zakk Wylde i 2009. Han kom på 3. plass i velrenommerte BURRN!s kåring av
verdens beste gitarister i 2003, og har en utdannelse fra Berklee College Of Music. Han har gitt ut to soloalbum,
det siste kom nå i år, og gjestelisten der var lang, blant annet Jeff Scott Soto og ikke minst
Mats Levén bidro med solid vokal.

we can mention he has performed with artists and bands like:Yngwie Malmsteen,
Swedish Erotica, Treat, Abstrakt Algebra, AB/CD, Southpaw, Dogface, Krux, Candlemass, Sabbtail og Therion.
Mats Levén er for øvrig med Gus til Gjøvik, og for de som ikke kjenner til
denne legendariske svensken, kan det nevnes at han har sunget med artister og band som: Yngwie Malmsteen,

The set list consists of both their own music and cover tunes, but of course in their own versions.
This is going to be a particularly enjoyable evening, and we recommend ordering tickets early!
